Pedro Lira, National Stock Management and Distribution Manager, emphasizes that, despite the market challenges, the team overcame each one of them with dedication and joint work. The growth was notable both in the volume of cargo handled and in revenue, reaching the stipulated targets. Factors such as new projects, logistical efficiency, reduction of operational costs, investments in technology, reduction of errors and greater assertiveness in services were decisive for our performance. Encouragement of Sports and Well-being
We started the year by participating in the 2nd Padel Tournament. Although we didn’t make it to the final, the experience strengthened our relationships with our partners and encouraged the sport. Many employees continued to practice the sport, which makes us extremely satisfied.
Furthermore, recognizing the growing challenges of the National Health System, the Human Resources department implemented comprehensive health insurance for all employees. This benefit guarantees access to quality medical care at the right time, promoting greater peace of mind and allowing the team to focus on their work with confidence, directly reflecting on motivation and productivity.

With great satisfaction, we announce that we have once again received the PME Líder’24 reputation seal, granted by IAPMEI. This recognition distinguishes companies based on merit, quality and risk profile. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to this achievement, as it is the result of the commitment and dedication of our team. We are certain that together we will continue to build another year of success and achievements.
Another source of pride was the awarding of the Equal Pay Seal by the Commission for Equality in Work and Employment (CITE). This recognition reflects our commitment to good practices in promoting equal pay. We would like to especially thank the women, who represent 53% of our workforce, for their dedication and essential contribution to the company’s growth.
